Requirements & responsibilities
You would like to:
- step into a maternity leave replacement within an established communication setup
- support employer branding and labour market communication activities
- contribute to internal communication for Recruitment and Facility Management & Procurement
- collaborate with recruitment colleagues and external agencies
- use social media channels such as LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook in a professional communication context
What you can expect:
- a focused temporary assignment in a well-known public utility environment
- a role with visible impact on employer branding and internal communication
- close collaboration with recruitment and business-facing stakeholders
- an assignment running from 20 April 2026 until 2 October 2026
You bring:
- proven experience in labour market communication and/or employer branding
- affinity with internal communication in a larger public or corporate organisation
- experience working with recruitment teams and external agencies
- confidence using social media professionally across relevant channels
- a pragmatic and well-organised communication style
