We are looking for an innovative Consultant Process Management in Insurance (m/f/d) to strengthen our team with strong expertise and a passion for the insurance industry, including public health insurance. In this role, you will support employees across all phases of the process management cycle. Depending on your individual interests and strengths, you can focus on different areas.

Requirements & responsibilities
You would like to:
- advise employees on the use of tools and methods across all phases of the process management cycle and support the maximum possible automation of their processes
- further develop process management concepts and standards, especially in the context of standardization, automation and modularization of end-to-end processes
- provide conceptual support for the further development of the process management tool

You bring:
- a completed degree with a focus on business or health sciences, ideally at master’s or diploma level
- in-depth professional and methodological expertise in process management, process architecture and process modeling in BPMN 2.0, process analysis, standardization and optimization, process automation, process control through targets and KPIs, and governance models
- at least 3 years of practical experience in consulting companies on the implementation or execution of transformation initiatives in the field of process management, including the required conceptual groundwork
- very good German skills, both written and spoken, at a minimum of C1 level, and good English skills at a minimum of B2 level
