Information Security Project Manager NIS-2 (m/f/d)

We are looking for an experienced Information Security Project Manager NIS-2 (m/f/d) to support our clients with your expertise in the NIS-2 Directive and BSI IT-Grundschutz. In this role, you will help assess regulatory requirements, identify necessary changes and coordinate the implementation of security-related measures. Requirements & responsibilities

You would like to:

  • support analyses related to the legal requirements of the NIS-2 Directive and upcoming legislation, including their impact on IT
  • identify required changes and guide or initiate their implementation
  • prepare reports and presentations for the team and public-sector leadership
  • coordinate and manage external service providers

You bring:

  • a completed degree in IT or an equivalent qualification
  • at least 5 to 6 years of professional experience
  • project management skills in analysis and prioritization
  • knowledge and practical experience in the tasks described above
  • proven expertise in the NIS-2 Directive, ideally gained within the last two years
  • proven knowledge and experience in BSI IT-Grundschutz, for example through training as a BSI IT-Grundschutz Practitioner or Consultant
  • proven knowledge of ISO 27001
  • project management skills, ideally including PRINCE2 and Scrum
  • willingness to travel to client sites and the office when needed
    very good German skills in speaking and writing, as well as good English skills
