Requirements & responsibilities
You would like to:
- take over the professional and organizational leadership of your team, including support for sales activities
- lead the system administration of M365 and Azure environments at ibc and in client projects
- administer, operate and further develop local and cloud-based IT infrastructure
- plan, execute and optimize migrations, especially to Microsoft 365
- support users and environments across Windows and ideally macOS
- administer Windows Server, Windows clients and ideally macOS clients
- manage and maintain Active Directory, Entra ID and Intune
- support and further develop network architecture and network services such as DNS, DHCP and VPN
- implement, monitor and optimize security policies as well as firewalls, intrusion detection systems and antivirus solutions
- create and maintain technical documentation, network diagrams and operating manuals

You bring:
- a completed degree in computer science or a comparable qualification
- several years of professional experience in leading and delivering IT projects
- strong knowledge and practical experience in system engineering, network technology, cloud administration, M365 migration and operating systems such as Windows and ideally macOS
- experience with hosting services
- experience in optimization, further development and integration of IT environments
- experience in process optimization, solution design and budget planning
- knowledge of SharePoint, Intune, Endpoint and Teams
- a strong understanding of IT system availability and operational stability
- knowledge of topics such as PMI, CDP, data protection, audits, networks, DNS, servers, macOS and iOS
- very good German skills in speaking and writing at C1 level and good English skills
