For a municipality in West Brabant, ibc netherlands is looking for a temporary Location Manager for a refugee reception site. In this role, you act as the central point of contact for residents, local stakeholders and external partners, while helping ensure a safe, stable and well-organised environment on site.

Requirements & responsibilities
You would like to:
- act as the main point of contact for residents, neighbours and external partners such as care providers and security services
- oversee day-to-day operations at the reception site and safeguard the quality of accommodation and support
- help maintain a safe living environment for refugees from Ukraine
- monitor compliance with house rules and address situations where these are not followed
- collect relevant signals and information from the site and share them with the right partners
- coordinate closely with policy advisors and coordinators
- take part in regular discussions with collaboration partners and regional colleagues on operational topics
What you can expect:

- close collaboration with municipal contacts, policy advisors and service partners
- an assignment running until 31 December 2026 with the option to extend
You bring:
- at least MBO-4 level
- experience supporting diverse target groups
- affinity with complex social or operational issues
- flexibility, creativity and resilience under pressure
- strong communication skills and the ability to listen, observe and advise effectively
