For a Dutch telecom company, ibc netherlands is looking for a Product Owner Mobile. In this role, you take ownership of the roadmap and backlog for the mobile domain and connect commercial ambition with operational stability across the full delivery chain.

Requirements & responsibilities
You would like to:
- define and communicate a clear product vision for the mobile domain
- own and prioritise the product roadmap and backlog
- translate business strategy and goals into concrete features
- work closely with DevOps teams, architects, security specialists, business stakeholders and external suppliers
- manage lifecycle topics, governance and value creation across the domain
- prepare PI planning and sprint planning in a SAFe / Agile environment
- maintain oversight across product management, order entry, activation and service processes
What you can expect:
- a central ownership role in a complex mobile product environment
- close collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and external partners
- an assignment running from March 2026 to September 2026
- flexibility in engagement model through secondment or freelance setup
- a high-impact role with direct influence on priorities, delivery and value creation
You bring:
- at least 5 years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager
- preferably knowledge of telecom processes and systems
- experience with Agile, DevOps and SAFe
- strong analytical skills and sound decision-making
- the ability to move smoothly between strategy and execution
- clear communication and the ability to align different interests
- affinity with IT chains, integrations and complex processes
