Requirements & responsibilities

You would like to:

  • Take on the technical and organizational leadership of your IT team, including supporting the sales department

  • Lead the system administration of M365/Azure environments at ibc AG and within customer projects

  • Administer, operate, and further develop our IT systems as well as our on-premises and cloud-based infrastructure
  • Plan, implement, and optimize migrations – especially to Microsoft 365
  • Provide support and assistance for Windows and macOS environments
  • Administer Windows Servers, Windows clients, and ideally macOS clients
  • Manage and maintain Active Directory, Entra ID, and Intune
  • Support and further develop our network architecture and network services (DNS, DHCP, VPN)
  • Implement, monitor, and optimize security policies as well as firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and antivirus solutions
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, network diagrams, and operating manuals

You bring:

  • A degree in computer science or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of professional experience in leading and executing IT projects
  • Knowledge and experience in system engineering, network technologies, cloud administration, Microsoft 365 migrations, and operating systems (Windows and macOS)
  • Experience with hosting services
  • Optimization, further development, and integration of IT systems
  • Process optimization, concept development, and budget planning
  • Experience with SharePoint, Intune, Endpoint, and Microsoft Teams
  • Ensuring the availability and reliability of IT systems
  • Familiarity with PMI, CDP, data protection, audits, networking, DNS, servers, macOS, and iOS
  • Very good German skills (C1) and good English skills, both written and spoken
