Benefits at the
ibc group

Across Germany and the Netherlands we offer a comparable set of benefits.
The exact package depends on your role and location. But these are the elements you can generally expect when you join ibc group.

Competitive salary, bonus & perks

You receive a market-competitive salary that reflects your experience, role and location. In the Netherlands this includes an additional 13th month, and in both countries you can benefit from performance-related bonus schemes and referral bonuses for successfully recommending new colleagues.

Learning, growth & development

You have access to a dedicated budget and time for training, certifications and conferences. On-the-job learning, mentoring and coaching help you grow continuously – from your first days with us onwards.

Culture, diversity & team spirit

You work in cross-country teams that value collaboration, respect and diversity. Regular company events, informal gatherings and small perks such as free drinks in our offices help us celebrate successes together.

Retirement, pension & security

We support you with employer contributions to a company pension scheme. In Germany this includes statutory pension support and additional wealth-building contributions; in the Netherlands you receive a solid pension arrangement as part of your package.

Flexible work, home & office

We combine client needs with a high degree of flexibility. Depending on role and project, you can work from home or on the move. We provide the equipment you need and, in the Netherlands, an additional home-office allowance.

You benefit from generous holiday entitlements – for example, 30 days of vacation in Germany plus additional days off on Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve – as well as the respective national public holidays.

Mobility, travel & commuting

You can choose from attractive mobility solutions. In Germany this includes options such as subsidised public-transport tickets and centrally located offices; in the Netherlands, a mobility allowance or company car.

Extras, discounts & local offers

Depending on location, you can benefit from corporate discount programmes, offering reduced prices on events, travel, fitness and a range of brands and services.
